Alenka Bezjak has been active in the entrepreneur field for several years. First she worked as a project manager in the CEED Slovenia, then put her knowledge into practice by founding the Ergo Institute. She graduated in cultural studies, and studied economics as a parallel study. Currently she is devising her doctoral thesis on business anthropology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Ljubljana. She has appeared as a guest lecturer on applied and business anthropology at various faculties (Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Arts, Academy of Fine Arts, Biotechnical Faculty etc.). She has published several professional and scientific papers from the field of anthropology.

Dan Podjed attempts to integrate academic knowledge with business. He is the author of several scientific and professional works dealing with online social networks, new technologies, organisational cultures and intercultural cooperation. He has participated at many research projects and organised several international conferences. He obtained a PhD based on his thesis on organisational cultures from the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, where he has also been habilitated as an assistant professor for the field of cultural and social anthropology.
